CYCLE WORLD WELCOMES NICK ANGLADA! | Nick Anglada Originals is proud to announce that as of Sept. 15, 2009, it will be operating out of Cycle World of Daytona, the newest destination for sport bike and metric riders.
In a mutual agreement between both companies, Anglada’s customized sport bikes and cruisers will be built and displayed on-site within the new Cycle World of Daytona, the largest powersports facility in Central Florida.
“I am really excited about this union,” said Nick Anglada, owner of Nick Anglada Originals. “We will help draw in the crowds for Cycle World of Daytona and they are providing us with a perfect destination to build and display our bikes. I can’t wait to start hosting bike nights and events during Daytona Bike Week for all the sport bike and metric riders.”
Both Nick Anglada Originals and Cycle World of Daytona have undergone recent transformations. Formerly Custom Sportbike Concepts, Nick Anglada Originals was created to provide a premium ‘signature’ brand for sport bike enthusiasts. Cycle World of Daytona was transformed from a classic car museum into a 50,000 sq. ft. two-storytwo-story powersports juggernaut featuring the latest on and off-road iterations from Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Ridley, Boss Hoss and more.
Anglada will have several ‘Angladacized’ bikes on display within Cycle World of Daytona starting Sept. 15, including:

About Nick Anglada Originals
Nick Anglada’s customizing viewpoint is simple. Customizing is a work of art, but ultimately it must be built in harmony with the customer’s revelation.
Why do people ride motorcycles? In Nick’s view, it’s because when you ride a motorcycle, you instantly transcend the average and become something more. More cool. More dangerous. More rebellious. Motorcycles epitomize youth and freedom. As motorcyclists we are a tightly connected community, bound by our willingness to happily step outside society’s norms embracing a passion viewed by others as both frightening and dangerous. But how do we distinguish ourselves as unique and different from our fellow rebels?
Enter the art of customization. Sure – a guy on a Harley will still nod to a guy on a Metric custom. But the guy on the Metric sits on a slightly higher rung. He’s somehow become a little more special. His custom doesn’t just say “I am different.” It announces his sense of personal taste and style. He becomes one of a kind within his own tribe. So, Nick builds to fulfill two muses; his and my customer’s. Cyril Huze said it best when he said “a good Designer is not the one who takes you from what you have to what you want, but the one who takes you from what you want to what you didn’t even know you wanted.”
When Nick’s customer sees his or her bike for the first time, it should rock every emotion, eliciting a total epiphany. This is why Nick refers to his customer’s revelation, instead of his or her vision. Nick’s customers come to him because more is no longer enough. They demand absolute sovereignty; absolute independence from every single being around them. Their custom motorcycle must encapsulate that need in every respect while ultimately transporting the experience of motorcycling to an entirely new level. If Nick builds with an eye on that need, while listening carefully to the various elements that drive the creative process, his custom will not just speak to the eye. It will speak of the soul.
