"I recently purchased a 2008 Star Stratoliner, at Cycleworld of Daytona, and I have been impressed beyond any of my expectations. First off, Rueben, the Sales manager, has been and continues to be a great asset to my entire experience. The parts department manager Ryan, has been a giant asset. The service department employees have been amazing. They have assisted me with ideas to make the bike even more enjoyable and their work has easily met my expectations. Robin has helped me to keep my expenses down by providing accurate information on my requests. I was not aware you could have the bike lowered, and at a very reasonable price. I have added riser's, Yamaha highway bars, passenger footboards, and Yamaha passing lights with an independent on/off switch. Ryan searched and found Risers that were perfect for the Stratoliner and the service department installed for me so no cables or wires are out of order. All of this makes me enjoy the most remarkable cruising bike you can image. No wonders it has been selected the bike of the year. Thanks to all, and I will be a repeat customer and I will be referring any who are looking to buy a new or used bike.

"It was a pleasure to shop there. Every employee we came in contact with was extremely pleasant and helpful above and beyond from the young lady who showed me to the fitting room after she helped me find the size I was looking for in riding jeans to the young lady who helped me find just the right gloves and boots to Ruben Escobar who helped me make sure I got everything for the right price. Customer service is a rarity these days but Cycle World still has it.

"I receintly purchased a 1999 Boss Hoss ZZ4 motorcycle. I had been speaking with Casey and Randal for a few months prior to my decision to purchase the bike. I have to admit that owning a Boss Hoss has been a dream of mine since I heard about the Boss Hoss motorcycle; even when it was call a Boss Hog motorcycle from the early 1990's. Randal sent me an email regarding the 1999 Boss Hoss that they just got in the showroom. When I went down to see the bike I knew it was the one for me. Over the next week or so Randal and I haggled over price and random questions that I had about the Boss Hoss motorcycles. Randal was very honest with me when he could not answer a question. Since I work with motorcycles on a daily basis I wanted some technical info about it. In the end I handed Randal a check and road my dream bike off the lot with a smile and a heavy twist of the throttle!!!"

"I purchased my Roadstar in July and just love it I called to see if they had what i was looking for and they had 2 in stock but in the warehouse they assured me they would have one ready for me to look at within a couple of hours and when i arrived they kept their word the bike was on the lot looking beautiful with all the changes i had requested
I bought in right then and there I have had a blast since then. I was the very first to have my bike serviced in the new store and again i was very pleased in and out with not a problem

"Decided that it was about time to own a motorcycle in Florida. Formally had a 360T, but has now upgraded to a 750 Shadow Spirit. Sales person Bruce Jones explained all the features of the bike. He also gave me hints on riding on the roads of Florida. Service was super great. Came in for 600 mile check and Brandon and Fredo were absolutely very accommodating. I came by for a few minor adjustments and service was quick and accurate.
I have visited the new facility and it is more individual and family orientated than the competition --- that other brand's facility on 95 and 1.
I am convincing my younger brother to get a bike and enjoy the freedom of a bike.
I plan to visit soon and add more gadgets to my mike.
